Life RSN Sniped / Scammed 45m OSRS GP

I have the entire thing on video which i can email to any mod necessary.

The person was selling the name Granite, but didn't tell me the pin for change for 15 minutes, set up a snipe bot for the rsn 'Granite', then magically gave me the correct pin after at least 5 failed ones. I paid for two bonds and the only person who knew I was changing was Life. Then as I did it in a split second without him know when for sure, it was unavailable and sniped. he then proceeded to tell me that his terms are hes not responsible for snipes. Please help me obtain the name back. i put in a post for Jagex but they don't know the people who snipe names.
