I am done with this game.

so after a huge winning streak at the duel arena, I finally was able to buy everything I actually have ever wanted.

Then I got to thinking, this game has become such shit.

In one hand jagex talks about making invention to obtain the best in slot gear you need 120 divination/crafting/smithing.

Meaning not only do i have to get the most virgined god dam stat in the game to 120 but i also have to fork over 3b+ in gold to get smithing/crafting.

on top of that, this only means they are further preparing to max stats to 120 from 99.

I just don't have it in me anymore, im too old for this shit. If they really want to attract new players and keep old ones, I think they are heading in the most awful direction.

Anyways, im retiring.



Game feels like a job more than anything now.

But yeah, I really agree. It's a lot of grinding. Only way to enjoy it is accept the social aspect of the game and talk to people while skilling. Or movies

But on a more serious note, they have to keep adding this sort of stuff to keep us from achieving our original goals and quitting. I highly doubt they'll ever raise level cap to 120 for all skills. Virtual levels seemed like a good compromise. I haven't looked into invention much, do levels past 99 actually affect what can be made?

 

Yeah RS is garbage now anyways. All I ever do is buy osrs gp and use it as a safer payment method for Ikov stuff. Idk why, but since Ikov has lost so many players I like it much more now

120 smithing, crafting and divination?! Wow that's crazy.

It's crazy how they continue to favor the small majority who no life all day.

 

Sell your gold and move on. No point on playing if you don't enjoy the game anymore.

 

And if you're committed to quitting, get rid of the account as well.

Then polling 'prestige' aka 120's
Then 120 capes
Now 'virtual 120's that you NEED for best in slot items

I really don't want 120 skills, that's so stupid. Doing a 99 8x isn't enjoyable, they should have just kept xp harder to obtain.

 

Ye, just move on. I stopped with rs3 since the eoc beta was released.

 

120 in 3 skills just to wear that armor? That's insane.
