    You should ask the artists to show beginning and endings, make them post a gif of the progress or something.
    You can't even tell how much work one did on a piece except for the text entries..
    Who knows what they started from, maybe only added some light effects on entries 1, 4, 5 and 6.

    Hey end.

    Thanks for submitting your input; I don't think what you suggested is at all feasible and will probably result in more people not signing up because of the extra work.

    We already do a reverse image search on Google for images of the same sort and generally are relaxed about things we don't accept due to new people not being able to make thing from scratch but rather "enhancing" images already available to them. (Ie adding pictures, adding text, increasing sharpness) this can be seen with image number 5.


    If we ever doubt the person in question it's not hard to ask them about it. But the regular people who submit high quality tags or entries are members of the community that we trust to have an upstanding ethic to competitions like these.
