Nope. You enter a email and password and it generates an account. You log on and can watch anything you want

 

doubt they're obtained legally, not sure tho get a mods opinion before selling

 

As clock said, that is likely illegal, so I'd stay on the safe side and say no, but Going to refer a sythe mod here to input.

As for runescape accounts, do you mean like tutorial islang botted accounts? Same with league and other game accounts.

 

You're putting in your details that you want, yes, in that sense it is generating an account for you... But it's not that simple, would have to get the accounts from the one month free trial (which requires a credit card [implying fraud]) or more than a month subscription [also implying fraud].
