    i try to do so in all but the rarest cases

    and guys in the above 3 posts ^, this is more about staff not posting their votes than pardons becoming easier.

    Ah, my bad.

    I'm not really sure what I think in that case. I just don't think it should be made easier in any way..

    Staff and Pardons

    Personally, throughout my pardon period, I never had an issue with staff members voting accordingly on my pardons - whether it was no support or support. I feel as if this happens when the members are relatively 'unknown'.

    I personally see it happen quite frequently, and would appreciate that all staff posted their thoughts, regardless of whether it is a support, no support or mere abstain. This will allow for the user pardoning to gather whether or not their current attempt should be successful and will leave them with an ease of mind.

    I can understand it takes a lot of work to read through a pardon profusely, but as such, staff have volunteered for the role and know their title/role accordingly. Thus I must also support that all staff members, if they view a pardon, should vote (whether, support, no or abstain).
