New to LoL

I've recently just started playing LoL a few days ago however I am not pretty experienced with RTS game, I play Dota 2 (not too good lol I'm only around 2300 mmr).

So what are the best tank champions to use? Being a tank is my expertise, I suck at other styles but I like supporting too.

Garen is pretty much the only one I know right now.

 

Amumu, Cho'gath, and Malphite are 3 cheap tanks that are fairly easy to play.

 

if you learn to cs, and everything, Nasus is a late game god.
Cho'gath is pretty good, Tahm Kench is good, Sion, Shen.

 

Malphite, Shen, Maokai, Garen... Many more.

 

Gnar, darius, tom kench have fun of those, they are fairly decent

 

Try malphite, nasus, and chogath. All are cheap and fairly intuitive, with their own unique playstyles.

 

All champions have unique playstyles tbh.

Tank lee works pretty well

 

What do you mean by tank lee working well

If you mean having no early game impact because of no AD with the same typical late-game fall off that regular lee has then yeah tank lee works pretty well

 

He's a new player I don't think the impact of losing some of Lee's early game will hurt him. Plus since when has building an early AD item on Lee made him not a tank? If you just stick with 1 item he'll still be a behemoth while doing some early damage.

Forget what everyone said. Play whatever champ you want, and have fun. The most fun I ever had playing LoL is when I was completely new to the game, and every match I played was super fun. Try out different champs, builds, roles. Do it all until you learn the game for yourself.

You can learn faster, however - watch streams to start.

 

I mean, I doubt it would matter who you played (skill level wise), but I'd definitely suggest, renekton, olaf, darius or wukong, super fun champs, especially when you're new to the game, enjoy

 

you can try malphite, nasus or some others mentioned in the thread. everyone is different but just get the jist of the game. it's a great game when you know what your doing

I can't stress this enough.
I had so much fun with 2 friends in a skype call all lvl 3 on league, right now I'm 'stuck' in diamond 5 elohell, and I can assure you, all of the games I play are just annoying and negative experiences.

 

Lolol yup, I got to D2-D1 and I was so sick of playing to decay so I pay boosters to do it for me LOL

That's so true, the most fun I had was when I first started too although my friends would dog on me because I wasn't good already after 4 games lol.

I'd say look up some guides and follow some tutorials, for example; how2jungle, what's the most efficient way to jungle, how to gank efficiently, and etc.

Play every champ to get know them. That will help when you're 1v1ing against them. Have timestamps on so that when you steal a buff or something, you can time it.
