I attempted a scam back in September of 2013 on a different website. (Powerbot)


Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims:
It was only an attempt, which failed, so I did not actually take anything. Because of that, there is no way for me to refund.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

I don't want to type out a huge paragraph so I'll make a short post of why I did what I did --

>I was a $200 sponsor on pb
>Used the website and the market heavily - I'd say I was addicted
>Was a junior in highschool
>Needed to focus on school/life
>Needed to quit pb but I kept finding myself going back to it
>At the time, pb did not accept self-requested bans
>Getting banned was the only way out
>Decided to scam
>Chose a target who I felt was a scammer (who is now banned for scamming ironically)
>He didn't actually have the gold obviously
>Because of that, I never even took anything (I wouldn't have even if he did have it, because I planned on coming back to pb at a later time in my life)
>I got banned for attempting to scam


Some people may ask "Why didn't you just change your username and password" -- Well if I simply just changed my username and password then I could've easily still recovered my account if I really wanted to. However, if I was banned then my account would be in the hands of pb, not me.


I'm not a scammer, and I never have been. I know it's hard to trust me after what I've done. I'm a lot more mature than what I once was, too. Although I'm restricted on pb, there are many members on there who trust me and think I should be unbanned, including the main owner of pb. I'm an honest guy and I apologize for what I've done in the past. I've changed for the better and wish to be accepted back in to the community. Thank you.

i appreciate the well-thought-out pardon but can't support this. maybe in six months, but not right now. best of luck though

I'll give you my support. Your actions were made 2 years ago. And it's not like you've been banned from powerbot, just market restricted.
