Scammed by Mike Barrs

Explanation of the trade:I bought an account off of Mike Barrs and then we discussed me selling him some DSGP, I told him i had 5m worth of cash+ items and I went first, I traded him the money, and he logged out of skype without sending me money on paypal as we agreed.

How they scammed:Took money in game and never payed, logged off of skype.

Mike said his power cut out and he refunded, can you confirm?

 

Refund me the gold? He did not refund me any gold. He owes me 33.6 usd as a paypal payment, I can screen shot my paypal activity screen to show no payments of this size have been made to it (or any today for that matter).

If his power went out and he refunded me gold, we would have discussed this on skype correct? Here is the most recent continuation from the last screenshot posted, with no discussion of power cutting out or refunds:
