Paypal Invoice, Scam or Not?

Hello,

I've received an invoice from paypal, it says "This is a Paypal business payment. Please wait up to 24-hours for it to appear on balance, as we are currently processing it!"

Am I getting scammed? Can they cancel the payment? Attach is some of the payment.

I've searched his skype name and found him on scam list and such but he was willing to go first but considering the payment is fake. I'm glad I didn't go through it.

Please report him there. That skype is a known ban evader bud.

EDIT: As asapgang said above, you'll need to show him saying that's his skype.

Unfortunately, I blocked and deleted him already. So I cannot take the screenshot.

Should be able to see the past chat. Search his skype, and you can at least view the chat history. Any confirmation via Sythe you had, that it was his skype?

 

Ive never got a email from paypal like that...

 

It was just part of the payment. It was supposed to be $52, I just chose to screenshot the other part which is $2.

 

Yep I've got a screenshot. Although I'm not sure if its definitive because he didn't say his skype name nor copied and pasted our skype info when I asked him to.

Anyways, I'm taking your advice and at least putting a scam report to prevent future scamming from him/her in the future. Thanks!
