corehhh in-game scamming

On their selling thread, they are selling an account that has in-game mutes and offenses on the RuneScape account for item scamming. Claiming he is selling it because he hasn't logged on it in a long time leads me to believe it's either his account, or that he has owned it long enough for those offenses to be commited by him.

I remember seeing a user reported for this previously, and didn't remember the outcome. If this is not able to be reported, apologies.

There ya go. He has had it since 2011, offense was placed 2013.

 

I've banned him, he can provide the evidence for the mutes in a dispute
