    Updates: Gf hasn't really gained any weight so far, she just doesn't feel like eating a lot :/
    Idk how we should get her change with this

    get her to buy the ensure drinks and drink it if she can't eat so much. but basically she just needs to eat more maybe spread it out and high protein/fat foods. it would take some time over several months. it would take a lot of consistency though

    Weight gain powder the stuff tastes fucking vile, but it definitely does the job at over 1600 calories a shake. A lot easier than stuffing your face though.

    Great that you're trying to help her this way! And I agree there defenitely is a point, it's also just a lot healthier not to be too thin. I would add fish to the diet, about two times a week:)

    That's all you have to do, make sure she's happy being with you and in her body no matter the time.

    Best ways to gain weight are to eat more than your body needs (but stuff that'll help you gain muscle, not fat) and strength training. And while you're trying to gain weight, keep aerobic or cardiovascular exercise to a minimum.
