    Honestly, it's not too difficult to win a tourny, almost everyone I know won their first tourny they ever played.

    What tournies have you been playing? All the teams have even MMR practically, you shouldn't be losing that badly.

    Keep on playing in tournies, I won the 2nd one I played. If it's a relatively unknown tournament with low participation (i.e. the minimum of 8 teams), that means you have to win 3 games to get the skin. That's the only method unfortunately.
