3rd opinion pls - Gpswap TWC dispute

Link to/reason for TWC:http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1877978-gpswap-twc.html (TLDR; a Rank in my fc was vading and posted a vouch on my thread, and as I run a fc i occasionally get vouches that i wasnt involved in so i added it to my counter, and when i found out it was him i removed it imediately and about a hour later i had twc on my account)

Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC:Full explinationTLDR; a rank was vading without my knowledge and posted a vouch without my knowledge which i added to my list and once found out it was him it was removed, but by then scam report had been filed, after first appeal the rank was removed from the clan as instructed by firez.
Anything else you wish to say: my account is spotless, with this being the only issue, which was something that wasnt my fault, there was a scam report put against me but was proven fraud by someone ban evading, and my fc as a whole has never had any issues with scamming, proving I am legitimate and don't deserve this TWC
Thankyou for the time of the sythe staff and I hope you see this TWC should be removed and i hope once it is removed i can get some actual trades through sythe so i can continue to build my vouches and credability
