Abyssal bludgeon | Abyssal dagger are out!

Thoughts?
Do you think the dagger will effect the duel arena?
Any of you purchased any of these weapons yet?​

 

The top one looks too big, but looks cool. The bottom one should be nice. I'm watching streams atm.

 

Seen people pking with the abyssal dagger on stream, doesn't seem that good in my opinion, so I don't think it will affect dds/whip staking.

 

Another step towards RS3 I suppose.

 

Looks ridiculous. Can't believe they released that in the game.

 

The abyssal dagger is worse than dds lol. Ronan confirmed max hit is 39-39 and it uses 50% special (i think).

 

Why would you buy it lol

 

That bludgeon thing looks stupid af.

But I suppose some more lvl 70 weps aren't too bad..

Btw the max hit with this (dagger) at 99 str for whip/dds stakes is 21 vs 21 for dds..

+ the first hit must do damage for the 2nd to hit.

Don't see it having much of an impact on staking

Sad to see, agree with Ghast here. Another step towards RS3 with this silly update. Reminds me a lot of drygores lol

 

The dagger when Sparc Mac used it seemed a bit trash;o have not seen bludgeon in action yet

 

the top one is huge ... the dagger looks neat. i haven't seen anyone use it yet but i'm about to put on a stream in a few minutes to check it out. perhaps i'll hop on my main and get one with any good luck

 

Idk to me new content is fine, but it's just generally frustrating that the last 2 big updates/bosses have been for high level slayer. One 85 slayer and the other 90+ slayer. Few people have the levels to access this content

 

As far as feedback on the weapons goes everyone is very disappointed lol.

 

Water THOSE?!?!? What's the bludgeons spec? Cba to google it.

 

Jagex had to buff slayer so many times for it to be viable.

 

bludgeon will be a dead content in few months

 

Idk about dead content as it's better then SS for str training, but definitely gonna be cheap asf soon

 

I don't think it will affect the duel arena much and I'm going to wait for the price to drop before I buy them.
