Not completing quests

Now, before I could start on the quests the account was disabled for botting.

I did not complete anything on his account so I'm wondering what I'm supposed to do now.

1) Refund him completly

2) I have to complete the quests ordered on a different account of his choice

I will do whatever is needed to resolve this issue, however I'd like the thoughts of a mod on this first. Thank you.

 

I'd suggest working something out with him, or having a mod weigh in. Not really my position to say so, though.

I kind of see what you might be getting at; you feel "cheated" out of not being able to do the service and receive payment for it so you would rather keep the payment and complete the quests on another account of his (or at least that's the only explanation I have for why you would still be keeping his money otherwise lol). But yeah if he's asking for a refund you don't really have a choice.

 

Exactly. Well I just wanted a mod's input that's why I asked. I guess I'll be refunding him once I get home.

 

Refund obviously. Someone who has their own business shouldn't need a second opinion from a situation like this off a mod. Don't start a business if you're clueless of how to run one.

Is OP forreal? I think he deserves a TWC.. Duh.. Of course you refund him. You didnt even start the damn thing.

 

Damn, you're not the smartest out there are you. I was wondering about sythe's ruling, for all I know all I had to do is do the services on another account? What's wrong with asking?
Anyway, lesson learned on how services work. Refunded the custommer as demanded.
