Gf wants to gain some weight, ideas?

ROFL so hard on this comment. Would it be good if she worked out a bit while eating a lot of protein/vitamins/fat?

 

Chicken over rice extra white sauce and hot sauce every meal for 1 month will be hippo

Updates: Gf hasn't really gained any weight so far, she just doesn't feel like eating a lot :/

get her to buy the ensure drinks and drink it if she can't eat so much. but basically she just needs to eat more maybe spread it out and high protein/fat foods. it would take some time over several months. it would take a lot of consistency though

 

Bread/Pasta/Sandwiches would be the best route to go for gaining weight.

Weight gain powder the stuff tastes fucking vile, but it definitely does the job at over 1600 calories a shake. A lot easier than stuffing your face though.

Great that you're trying to help her this way! And I agree there defenitely is a point, it's also just a lot healthier not to be too thin. I would add fish to the diet, about two times a week

Why would you want to? Unless she is extremely fat. Personally, I like big chicks Btw, I'd suggest eating a lot of chocolate, fast food

 

Just feed her by going out with her and make her feel better at the same time.

That's all you have to do, make sure she's happy being with you and in her body no matter the time.
