Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

I have been inactive on Sythe.org due to spring semester at college. I tried to log into my account after getting back and was notified that I was banned due to being hacked.

Before I left Sythe.org for the spring semester I was confronted by a Finnish hacker with the Skype name of: magetsuri. I assume he found me through my IKOV and ALOTIC GP sales since that was where I mainly resided on Sythe.

This guy found my IP address through a Skype resolver and DDosed me for 2 weeks straight. At the time I had no clue what a Skype resolver was, nor had I ever been DDoSed.

After doing some research on what a resolver was, I was able to find his IP address through a Skype resolver of my own and found out where he lived (Dumbass didn’t hide his IP). I finally paid him 500M RS3 and 25M 07 GP for him to stop the DDoSing. I then threatened to alert his local authorities if he didn’t cease. Then I found a way to hide my IP address from any Skype resolver.

Before or during the whole encounter, the hacker alerted me that he uploaded a RAT (remote administration tool) to my computer. He said that I had clicked on his website that he sent through skype and somehow that made the RAT upload to my computer. He then used the RAT to gain access to all of my accounts including my Sythe account and some personal accounts such as my paypal which he stole $250 from.

After paying him the RSGP I asked how to get the RAT off my computer. The hacker said that it was impossible, other than getting a new computer…. Needless to say I got a new computer… which I needed anyways.

In JohnRSSmith's report, JohnRSSmith knew that I was hacked and decided not to trade. He wrote, ‘Also, the Skype address registered to his account is different from the one in the Usertitle.’ This supports my claim that I have always used Mod_Zerocool as my Skype name, my Usertitle even shows it. If he has any further proof of actually getting scammed by the hacker I will refund him what he lost.

In Alectheman6's report, Alectheman6 was suspicious of my account being hacked. After the hacker had scammed alectheman6, alecthman6 claims that, ‘Also, [the hacker] claimed he hacked the Sythe.org account, which he removed the comments from after the act was done.’ Alectheman6 went on to write, ‘Basically, the comments removed were him saying something similar such as: Heres how this works: I hacked this persons account on Sythe.org. Made 100m 07 so far doing it! You're stupid and you're being scammed a second time, quit being so stupid! etc etc.’ This foolish act of telling the victim that he hacked my account displays that my Sythe.org account was indeed hacked.

I have always, during my entire time at Sythe.org, gone by the Skype name of: Mod_Zerocool. Some of the staff will hopefully will back me up on that. I have been banned here once before due to 'phishing' which I was pardoned for. At that time someone had hacked my Mod_Zeroocool account, which I ended up recovering and changing the password finally. I was then advised by some of the staff to link the skype account with a MSN account so that stuff never happened again.

The hacker DDosed me, put a RAT on my computer and then used the RAT to gain access to my Sythe.org account. Once the hacker had access to my Sythe.org account he changed the contact info to stein.graber and tried to scam other Sythe.org users with it. I do not own the skype account: stein.graber.

I am here requesting a high pardon and will refund any victims for their losses. Thank you Sythe.org staff for reading my dispute and hopefully supporting my pardon.

I'm still wary about you not being able to secure your computer. Part of me believes that you're a liability to this community. I'll hold out on my vote for a while.
