This user requested i made a payment via Paypal for $25 and receive $28 via Skrill ($3 extra for my time) as agreed upon. I completed the payment as asked by him and we both vouched.
The user then requested the payment was refunded and that he wants his money back, i then had to wait 24 hours to receive my money back from the paypal payment, i then paid him his $25 back via Skrill.

The user's now shown me pictures of him attempting to make chargebacks on skrill and spamming my threads saying i've scammed $28 because i won't return the $3 even though i've completed my service.

Edit: I've seen my older skype convos with him and noticed he's got me to PM a different Sythe account in the past. The Sythe account i PM'd recently was made 3 days ago, I assume he's ban evading.
