Step One

Your going to need to start off at the edgeville bank and withdrawl the weapons and armour your going to take ( 3 to be safe from pvp'ers, four if you got protect item prayer).Then you are also going to want to take out a needle and thread.

Step Two

Now time to make your way to the area your going to be collecting materials from. Your going to have to take a certain way the first time you go. Go to where the mark designates the first time, and follow the path all the way east and youll find your way to some cockroach soldiers. Your going to want to kill these and collect the hides. Now after you do your first trip you never have to go that way again and can just go down where the gold marker is.

Step Three

Now make your way back the bank or a guarded area. Now you craft the carapace legs and sell the to the general store northwest of the Edgeville bank! ENJOY THE GAINZ!

Lovely Tips
You can get needle and thread at varrock clothes shop! No need to risk going to Alkahrid! ​

This is a pretty good guide, I must say.

You have spoiled my method for the most part, with the main difference being that I also bring runes in addition to a needle and thread. This way the carapaces can be crafted and alched (along with other drops) for much longer trips and better profit. Of course, you have to be wary of pkers.

Been releasing a lot of crafting methods. I used a really good one to make quite a bit of profit in the first days. Hopefully you don't release it >.<
