You can find the relevant scam reports/accusations in thread as listed above. I have made all relevant repayments back to the members whom I scammed. And I’d like to take this time to formally apologise to all whom were disrupted by such immature actions.

Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: I tried to contact the victims of my previous scams via Email, as you can note here; http://puu.sh/bSIOy/c590c86795.png. The emails were unsuccessful, according to Roary, this is due to the Hotmail account being inactive for so long. I’d like to point out that these puush links no longer work but can be verified by my previous pardon attempts that they have been remunerated for their loss.

I have since been in contact with Vi3 and have managed to refund him the $7, I had to use my mothers PayPal account as I don't have a debit card/credit card here in Canada. http://puu.sh/7Q0n3/844f8ee287.png (Puush no longer works, sorry) But this can be confirmed via my last pardon.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: I wish to confess that during my time of ban I would say I was involved with the n4n0/trin situation. That is, I was within the conversation that was active at that period. I’d like to point out that I was not actively involved in the redistribution of such photos but I won’t deny that I played a role in such immature and grossly immoral behaviour by being within the chat group itself.

I would like to take this time to also formally apologise to n4n0 and trin, respectively. I’d like to point out that my actions, whether direct or indirect, were wrong to say the absolute least. I would truly understand if this is still sitting at the back of your mind and I cannot imagine what you have been through, nor will I pretend. I sincerely hope you accept such an apology and I hope we can move on past this point.

I would also like to note that such discrepancies were evident within my first pardon. That is, I failed to declare previous accounts in which I owned (that being I only admitted to a ‘reginaldo’ and a ‘undar0ath’). I would like to note that this was not an act done so intentionally, rather I had forgotten about all the other accounts. My declaration of being a ban evader/scammer was an abrupt decision and I did not take the time to think out my previous accounts nor a detailed response/pardon. It can be noted that some of the accounts (in which can be viewed as evidence in the first pardon attempt) were not banned, respectively. I.e. I had created a new account, forgotten, then created another and so on and so fourth. I can understand that such misinterpretation will be evident and that this will cause detriment to my pardon attempt but again, I hope to find you accept my reasoning.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: First and foremost, I’d like to point out that the events took place some 4-5 years ago (not 100% certain on this). It started when I was about 16-17 years old, whereas I created my first Sythe.org account ‘undar0ath’. It can be evidenced that this account was in fact banned and I do admit and take full responsibility for my grossly immoral behaviour undertaken during this period. I scammed on the account for some small amounts of RSGP/PayPal and wish to admit that I am truly remorseful for such actions. There are no excuses other than at the time I was a ‘drop-out’ with not financial security. Again, this is no excuse.

From this point onwards, after my ban of undar0ath, I moved on to create another account; one ‘reginaldo’. I admit, that too on this account I scammed and was eventually banned. I can’t exactly remember an amount as to which I scammed but I truly am remorseful again for such actions.

As far as the other accounts go, as aforementioned, I did have recollection of creating such accounts thereafter they had been mentioned to myself. It can be evidenced that 3 of the said accounts were not banned at the time and that I hadn’t scammed as such, merely ban evaded (although this in itself is immoral). I can say that I was never lying as having owned these accounts and again I apologise for not mentioning this in my previous pardon attempts.

Now, some 24 months ago, I reported myself in the report a scammer section and claimed that I was a serial ban evader – claiming the accounts of undar0ath and reginaldo. The report as mentioned can be viewed above. My attitude within this attempt was disgraceful. I don’t know how I believed I stood a chance at being reintroduced to the community so early with such a pitiful attempt at seeking retribution. I can understand in which the context of the report was written, that the staff at the time would have laughed at such an attempt and I apologise for wasting staff time as such. As aforementioned, my declaration of being a ban evader was a spur of the moment thing and I didn’t know how to conduct myself nor did I know how to go about reporting/pardoning as such.

The actions of my past started to prove detrimental to my psychological state, in that I was not able to actively participate in the community with such a heavy burden of lies and immoral behaviour laying on my shoulders. I wanted a clean slate at Sythe so I decided to come forward on my own merit.

To end the pardon, I would like to point out that since my banning (24 months ago) I have moved countries 3 times. That is, in September of 2013 I relocated back to New Zealand from Australia. From there, on December 20th I relocated to Canada and then relocated throughout Canada multiple times during my 13-month tenure. From here, in February 2015 I moved back to New Zealand to my current residence. This must prove to staff that if I truly hadn’t changed my ways, that during such drastic moves I would’ve scammed or ban evaded. It is evident that I have not and this should show some form of good character. I would like to point out that I am now currently studying a double degree at Victoria University. That is, LLB/Bcom (Law and Commerce) with a major in commercial law and public policy. I have since changed a lot in character and I hope that staff of today can realise this change in behaviour.

I want staff to know I am truly remorseful for such actions and again I would like to reiterate that no such excuse will justify these actions. I have honoured staff’s choice to keep me banned for such time by not breaking the rules by ban evading since and I respect that you viewed me as proving disadvantageous to the community. I would hope you find to forgive me and realise that I have changed for the better.

Neither of the puush links for your repayments work anymore, I assume this is because they are old.

As per: "Repay all victims and provide evidence of this. If you cannot contact them, provide evidence of trying to without success (there must be proof of at least ONE MONTH time being passed for attempting to contact the victim for each pardon separately." I'm going to deny this for the time being so you'll have to show valid attempts at contacting your victims anew for one month.

 

Jack, the emails only bounce back. Roary stated this in my last pardon attempt as that the individuals hotmail accounts are no longer active. But, nevertheless, I will attempt to gather their emails again and provide proof as such.
