Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC:We had a dispute with RadeonX in which SellerMan got involved later. I read the rules and didn't find anything that fits this case, the account was at 0LP, MMR was fine too, that's why we had to involve SM. When he told me I have to compensate this, I've done it in time.
Anything else you wish to say:I'd like to lift up this TWC, as I didn't want to make any trouble, there was just no rule for such a situation. After being told, I did the compensation.

But since I didn't, I started arguing because of my personal issues. Normally we could've just worked out something.

It is in the rules, it stipulates if you lose ranked games, you must recover the losses/or reimburse the client. I also made the rule more clear just then, but it's pretty obvious anyway.

Anyway, seems like a minor mistake, I'm willing to support.

 

Thanks for cleaning up the rule, it was a bit misleading, that's why dispute occured. When SellerMan told me and extended the rule to MMR changes, I was willing to give him 2 net wins. I've never tried to get away from my responsibility, the rule just didn't mention the MMR changes, that's why SM made them clear now.
I've done multiple trades above 100$ when they went first, and the dispute above was for 10$-20$ of worth.
I apologize for my behaviour. I've never had any intention to scam, let my vouches prove it. I'm here to do a long-lasting business, in which both parties benetit from.

OP is possibly an idiot, but has the right intentions. Was recently involved in a trade with him myself where most wouldn't have caused an issue, but out of negligence he has. It's caused me to go to great lengths to undo the error, and I'm still working on getting the product I actually ordered.

In his defense, he's been trying the entire time to unfuck the situation and get it back on track, but it's a little too late.

For now, I'll wait to support.

 

We agreed on giving you a gifting acc with RP. I was pretty sure you're aware, and you should have been, that there are some things you can't gift... And you got what you ordered, but I do care that you get the most and best. Currently I have a client who is willing to pay for that account. If you can get back in 12 hours, we can do the trade.

Just handled a deal for 200$, buyer paid first,will handle it in 5-6 hours, he'll vouch after.

Another deal I made today for 215$, buyer isn't registered on sythe.org yet, he said he'll register and leave a vouch. Waiting for his vouch, too. I'm done with his account:

I've told you multiple times I don't know how gifting works. I told you what I needed, and you said "ok this is what we'll do," meaning you'd be giving me a method to get me what I needed. Instead, you've given me something else. This is not a good trading habit, and along with the OP, doesn't assure me that your methods of conducting business deserve a removal of the TWC at this time.

Asking me to support before you correct the trade is also a very bad trading habit as well as another sign of a problematic personality. I've held back on reporting our trade as a sign of good faith, and I assume you'll correct it before I'm forced to cause a scene.
