Explanation of the trade: I ordered a castle wars minigame service from iballhard. The service was 380 tickets in castle wars for 28M 07GP. I ordered it on Tuesday @ 6:21PM GMT, that is the exact time I paid his worker, which he instructed me to do. His worker then said he will start on the same day @ 9PM GMT. After a day, I asked for progress, and I got no response for hours on end. He then messaged me saying 'Sorry, 25 ticks so far'. Since then, he hasn't messaged again and won't respond. I haven't logged into the account until right now to check on it, and no tickets have been gained, so he lied about it. I also just changed the password as I am sick and tired of waiting for this service to be complete, as it was supposed to be done in 5 days, and the worker has already not done anything for 2 days, so I feel rightfully so I have changed the password. I am demanding a full refund from iballhard for this.

I really did not want it to get to this, but after countless hours of no response from either boss or worker, it had to be done. Will be expecting a full refund from iballhard. If any other pictures are needed let me know. Also not getting any response on skype from boss or worker.

 

You agreed on 5 days, you actually terminated your contract with him by recovering the account after only two days..

That being said due to the lack of response I'll send iball hard a PM and ask for a response. If anything, he'll take 1.84M as payment for the 25 tickets (worked out as a amount per ticket) and refund you the rest.

 

I'm fine with getting 26.16M refund. Pretty disappointed in him as I was going to purchase a zerker off him for 140m or so. Please message him to get me refunded. Also, I only changed the password because no progress was done in 2 full days, and i didn't want to waste more time without no progress when i could train my account. Thanks for help

 

Also, he didn't get me 25 tickets, he got me 0. I logged into the account and it went from castle wars (where i left it) to yanille bank when I logged on. No tickets were gained at all. His worker said he had got 25, but he had got 0.

You were scammed by an imposter, do not EVER trade someone unless you get an actual PM, no pictures of PMs should count as confirmation
