Best training places RS07

Hi guy's, I'm botting my pure on RS07.. I'm looking for a guide on where to train for decent xp, with low defence levels!!

I've been to rock crabs but there so over crowded, Could someone give me some advice? Remember i'm botting too!

Need areas for all levels from low level - high level.

Bandits are really good if you have prayer and willing to spend the money on PPOTS.

 

I'm low def dude.. My stats are 45 65 13 non quested is this considered a failed pure?

Al-kahrid warrior's while collecting their here drop's give's around 18k+ str xp per hour

You will go over 45 defence by the time you complete the quests necessary.

You fail either way if you go zerker, I'll think you'll be over 45+ defence.

 

i would also recommend experiments, fairly easy quests to get to them won't raise defense, this account is not failed if you go zerker

 

Going zerker guys!!! What are the best things for me to no life str on? Just been getting all the skill requirements for all the zerker quests, Should only take me a month to fully complete it all! We will see ;

Once you get 60 attack/str and can wield a d scim I would probably start training at NMZ (using an MTD host). Experiments are around 30-40k xp/hr (more at higher levels) but NMZ is probably slightly better xp, more afkable, and you also get reward points from it.

 

Can you bot NMZ, say when im 60 att 80 str 45 def, What sort of xp/hr am i looking at at NMZ and experiments? Is there not anything better? Nothing around 100k/hr?

99 str looks like it's going to take a while

 

you should def go to experiments, than after around 80-85 str NMZ, althought i haven't read into the whole NMZ buff yet

NMZ would be around 60-70k/hr at those levels. Not sure about experiments but it's definitely less due to not being able to auto-retaliate and not having access to overloads. You are only able to see xp gains of up to 100k/hr when using dharoks with max str gear.

 

Not sure if you're too high, but you could always afk at rock crabs.
