    I don't know what PayPal limits there are for your country, but I've had something like 20k USD go through mine as a Canadian so far this year without issues. Mine is verified and linked to my bank and my address is also confirmed since I bought stuff on eBay. My account is almost 3 years old as well.

    Is your account verified? A quick Google search told me there's no recieving limits on verified accounts. :O

    Wtf, I am verified(adress, bank account, cc) but they ask for more after I reached the 3000$ limit. Does any1 know about this procedure?

    Weird. I had more than $3000 recieved in the past month. :O

    Try calling PayPal support and asking them what's up.

    You have no issues because yours is verified and without limits.

    As for OP, try calling (it's free) or emailing paypal and ask them what extra verification they need.

    Seems to be no point in calling as paypal already asked me to provide photos of my gas bill etc and othet sith. I'm just curious who else did this happen to ?

    i don't think there's anything weird about this. provide the info as proof of residence and move on. sometimes they do this if they suspect suspicious activity on your account, so either do the above ^ or call them and explain the situation. i think the former is easier and less of a hassle though

    I'm pretty sure that once they get satisfactory proof of everything they want proof of, then all limits are removed
