Scam Report: Hoaven [UPDATED]

First and foremost, let it be known that this report is for 5M 07 ($8) which I purchased from King.
Second, let it be known that he is a newcomer with 0 vouches. There is NO reason I'd be trying to frame an obvious vader.


Thirdly, there's no reason I'd be framing for a pathetic $8.

I simply do not understand why he got unbanned. I've got like 100 quality vouches and I'm being doubted here when reporting a 0 post newcomer for stealing $8 when I couldnt give 2 ****s about what I lost.
I don't even want a refund. Just give me some sanity and ban this fa66ot before he scams someone else.

The way my previous report was dealt MEANS anybody can sell services, clean the customers account and get away because theres no "direct proof." This needs to be fixed.
