Any way to recover an account that you didnt create?

I recently got scammed a RS account and I bought it a long time ago. I tried recovering it but it got denied, I'm guessing because I don't live in the same state as the person who created it. The person I bought it from is long gone and I wouldn't have any clue on how to get a hold of him. Am I out of an account, or is there ANY way I would be able to get it back..

 

If your recovery failed, chances are you will not be able to get it back yourself.
make sre you tick the option that you moved houses recently, and give as much info as you can/know. If you think the problem is the distance between the original owner and you, make sure to tell them where you moved from etc.
other than that, i don't think there are other options for you, unless you cn get in touch with the seller.

 

I don't think there's ever a way responding in kind to your question in the title. The person you bought it from is probably not "long gone", he probably just scammed you by recovering the account himself. And you obviously got denied, not only because you probably don't live in the same state as him but that you were given the wrong information about the account as well, it usually happens like that.

So to answer your question in the post in kind, you are out of an account. Buying an account is never always secured especially when the account might be "too good to be true" or just a "scrap main" that the seller could be without for months or years and finally recover it when you build your wealth on it.

The above experiences are my personal experiences that I dealt before with account sellers, I lost quite a considerable amount of wealth and so I learnt my lesson.

Just recovered a account back that i bought back in 2009. Im in the process of trying to recover 3 more as well. Ive kept data on every account ive bought over the years and randomly i try recovering them. This case was easier due to the fact that i lived near him and i was able to track emails and eventually built up enough info. Plus i had membership info from years back with cc which always helps

 

You got about 1% chance to recover it if you are not the original owner man.

Did the account just got recovered by the owner or did you try to sell it and then got scammed?

 

If you bought the account through a good MM he should have given you all the information of the creator

 

was wondering if anyone would actually look at it. Listen the thing to remember about the account i was able to recover:

I bought it off craigslist- which means he was close to my i.p (10 mins away)
I put membership on it with my credit card
i had help finding his emails, multiple i.p's along with other things
i kept all the information of when i bought the account cc, membership info, time/date and my i.p's and my previous passwords
I was able to figure out the creation timeline because it was a original 2k account
i purchased this account in 2009 and because i still live in the same area it made it much easier to recover.

Now what you have to remember is there are people who actually recover accounts professionally. So anyone can recover accounts at any time. Don't say its impossible because ive seen pics and video's of people doing it. Now it wont just happen over night and i think its crazy difficult. You also have to keep in mind most people recovering accounts use tools which are not allowed on sythe for good reason.

 

The guy that sold me the account didn't recover the account, I've had the account for over a year before I tried selling it here on sythe, when I tried selling it, the guy that I was selling it to just removed me from skype after I gave him all the info and he changed the email
