Explanation of the trade: Euterpe MMed an account service for a payment of 135m
How they scammed: He's refusing to give me the 135m that he MMed for me doing 90 str, 90 range and 85 mage for Reason (who has now changed the password to the pure and got banned on sythe.)

His story as to why he's not giving the 135m is basically he's saying Reason has his 135m that was given to Euterpe for the service, Euterpe said he gave Reason the gold back last week which even if he did he still owes me the money as he's liable for holding onto to the money until I finished the service - https://gyazo.com/dcb2387b1b51934ea04da050be6f8747

Here's where the evidence gets extremely concrete, him saying he was afk during the time we agreed on the service/payment in the group chat, claims he never read it even though he was eventually given 135m from Reason to give to me when the service was complete. Here's proof of him admitting the order was confirmed, at the time Reason could only afford 90m, and got the other amount of money to Euterpe adding up to 135m within a few days. I currently don't have access of my skype as stupidly enough I don't know what I changed the password to, but as you can see in above screenshots this should be more than enough proof. I'll try to get my skype back by calling skype when they're open, but who knows if that'll work out.

In response to euterpes thread, he's leaving out the fact that he confirmed in the group chat once Reason had paid the full 135m instead of only 90m for the combat services https://gyazo.com/f568fda43904ef030c9ee13164bf6228 as you can see in the screenshot he copy and pasted that from the group chat, why else would Reason put that in the group chat if it wasn't for the service I was giving him? With this being said Euterpe was fully aware that I was doing the combat service for Reason and I remember pming him on skype asking if he has the 135m for the service yet, which he didn't until a few days later after I started it which was fine.

Also to add on he if he "didn't know" he was middlemanning the combat service he wouldn't of asked me how much of the service I got done before Reason changed the password, scroll up above to see those pictures.

The majority of what Mootrucks said is out of context.

I had been holding a large sum of money (up to 157m 07) while Reason was in a separate country. While he was overseas, I conducted a number of trades for him over a 3 weeks period (I did not choose to do this, it was an obligation since I had all his money). Keep in mind, while I MMed all of the trades with Reason, all of these were "official” (i.e Pm confirmation, skype confirmation etc) excluding the 135m trade with Mootrucks.

This conversation is equivalent to 1month+ of trades. While they were confirming the trade for the 135m, I proceeded to afk. This trade was the only trade which I did NOT confirm. This can be checked with the above screenshots. While I was at uni, they agreed on the 135m trade which I was not mindful of until yesterday.

Once I was back, I just assumed they were still talking about the 13.5m trade and did not read the above exchange between them. There was NO confirmation from me for the whole order, apart from Reason asking if I had his money to check for use for future services.

This was NOT a confirmation, considering I said Reason did not have the money yet. Similarly to the above confirmation by Reason, both of these "confirmations" were indirect. I assumed they were for future plans, not for a trade which I had NO recollection of.

 

okay, so what's the endgame here? moo finishes the service and euterpe pays him? and the complaint is that the service is (almost?) done and euterpe hasn't paid moo?

 

i'm unable to finish the service as reason changed the password to the account and euterpe is refusing to give me payment. I just want my payment.

 

Ugh, this is a tough situation =/

Moo, please try to get access to your old skype. Go through the recovery process and call Skype as much as you can. Try to find proof that pointofdick is Reason's RSN.

Euterpe, you'll need to refund Moo for the percentage of the total order that he completed once he provides proof that Reason's rsn was pointofdick (or someone else comes forward with proof of it). If Moo can't do that, staff will vote on the best course of action since I sincerely doubt Moo is making up doing the order.

I mean I doubt i'll be able to get access to my old skype considering I have no way of getting the registered email's password, but as you can see pointofdick had every stats either from quests besides like 71 woodcutting and a few other things pointofdick/Reason had done before I got access to the account for services before I started the combat service, and for the combat service the stats have everything I told Euterpe that I did. I would be fine with getting a percentage of the total order, but I will try calling skype in like 12 hours from now after school to see what they say about my skype account.

 

Update - Called skype and there's pretty much nothing they can do for me, please proceed with the staff vote. Thank you.

Considering I finished 90 strength, 87 range, and 75 magic, i'm asking for 110m as the service was almost completed, would of taken me a few more days to finish it. Thank you so much for handling this, please make the right decision.

 

Could I get an update on this? Sorry for being impatient, but I really need this money.
