Lalapo14 here from RSgoldstop.com! Currently I am looking for a full time European commission agent. You will be manning livechat (hosted on zopim). Since you will have access to livechat and the company paypal account along with substantial amounts of gold, you must be trusted. If you are not trusted do not apply! If you are not able to make the majority of your shifts (5 days or more a week) do not apply.

Shift Wanted:
3 P.M. - 9 P.M. Pacific
9 P.M. - 3 A.M. Pacific

That being said, compensation is entirely dependent on how much and how hard you work. Good salespeople can make 1.5k+ easily per month if you meet your shifts. Since we do a 50/50 profit share, the more you sell, the more you will make. Currently we have an issue with being staffed 24/7 so our revenues are not very high. If we are able to keep livechat running 24/7 I am confident that our sales will continue to increase. I am more than willing to increase your split, if you are able to produce results.

Dobi, my new employee has made over $700 in 2 weeks of working! If we are on more often I am confident you can make 1.3k+ per 2 weeks!!

I know I will be able to do this as I have some experience on how it works as a sole trader but since I'd be working for you I'd imagine I would have to follow some sort of manual which will be no problem.

CSGO Skins and Keys
I actually don't have any experience in selling skins and keys but I know that it is pretty straight forward and simple process. Also, I am willing to learn anything to help me in that category.

Runescape Maxed Main rent
I will be able to follow a manual on how to rent out and manage maxed mains.

Runescape Private Servers
I can say I am very experienced in using private servers and actually used to make my own back in the day not that this is relevant to the job though. I will be able to do this without a problem.

Skills wanted
Customer Service
I feel like I will a suitable choice for this job because I have experience in working with customers, being patient and kind and giving people a good experience so that they will return to purchase again. In addition, I am very fast therefore the work rate will be at a high quality. What I mean by this is if a customer joins a livechat I will be with them within a few seconds and always answering quickly. Furthermore, my patience will be beneficial because I will not lose my temper or feel like I'm overflown with requests, in short I can work well under-pressure.

Dedication
As for dedication, I'm certain that I will be fully dedicated to do the job and stay for the long-term as long as I feel like I am being treated fairly in terms of being paid and what not.

Ability to find new markets
Finally, my ability to find new markets. I understand what you are trying to say here but I would say this should be the job of the upper-management but on the positive side you are encouraging everyone to be apart of the team to help the company expand which I like since I'm a team player. I have knowledge of other games including: CS-GO, WOW and League of legends which all have a market similar to runescape.

p.s. As I am aware of I am not ''trusted'' on sythe but I'd be willing to provide any sort of Id such as passport or provisional license if needed.
