We are glad that you are potentially interested in joining our new team. We are currently looking for staff members from ALL time zones to join our team. We will be re-branding to a new company name that is a vast improvement compared to Blue's Gold Shop. The name is yet to be released to the public yet. As part of this re-brand we have learned a lot during our times with Blue's Gold Shop. We are looking to fix our mistakes that we have made with Blue's Gold Shop and offer customers the ultimate gold buying experience. This starts with redefining the process of buying gold and offering a 24/7 service.

About us:
We launched Blue's Gold Shop in September of 2014 and peaked around December-March. Unfortunately after a vast majority of gold shops came into the market, we suffered greatly with competition. One of the major factors that we struggled with was finding staff members to become a 24/7 company. Another reason why we struggled was because of the strict policies we had with our customers regrading verification, these policies have since been revised and we offer the customers the best experience we possibly can. Lastly the reason why we struggled was because of a major charge back scandal that took a huge hit on the company. We have since recovered from that and have learned a great deal from it.

Job Requirements:

Responsibilities/Job Description:

• Be online at designated time
• Deal with customers in a positive manner
• Follow an outlined procedure on how to buy gold from customers
• Follow an outlined procedure on how to complete verification with customers
• Follow an outlined procedure on how to deliver gold to customers

Compensation/Pay:
As a company that is looking to re-brand, we are expecting to bring in new customers. Although, there will definitely be times that are considered 'dead zones' where we have a limited amount of customers. As a worker, you must stay committed even if there is limited activity. We are working towards the picture of being a 24/7 company, this way we can bring in customers 24/7. We are ONLY looking for workers who are willing to put up with this as the wait is worth the reward.

There will be a vast range of payment as we are unsure of the numbers of the new company. Expect to earn at least $100 USD/month, but you have the potential of earning $500+ USD/month. The pay is commission based, ranging from 35%-50% commission depending on the experience and length of time with us. There is also a added bonus at the end of the each month ranging from $25-$100 USD depending on the performance.

Why should we pick you to be a part of our team? : While I do not have any preious live chat experience, I have been part of the sythe and powerbot black markets for over 5 years. With over 250+ vouches/feedbacks on both these sits, and around $200-300 donated (50+ on sythe and sponser on powerbot), I have had a lot of experience in the Runescape black market. I usually work in the service section and am great at multitasking/under pressure. I do think that I will be able to thrive as a live chat agent and hope you consider me as a potential agent.

(e.g. Disputes/Bans) My account was hacked a couple of years ago, and the hackers scammed someone through Redgiant61. I wasnt able to pay the scammed user at that time and so was permanently banned. Later, I was able to collect enough money to repay the hacked user and return on both powerbot and sythe.
