Most Useless Champ

Anna seems to have the least function to me as most of her capabilities are easily destroyed.

 

Heimerdinger, especially in high elo, extremely useless unless he can get some turrets down.

 

Theres some guy that got to challenger by only playing heimerdinger, if I'm not mistaking, his name is Heisendong. Heimer works in high elo too ;P

 

Janna or Annie? Not sure what you meant there... And if you meant one of those, I completely disagree.

Seen a lot of successful heimerdingers (heisendonger?) do well. Heimer used to have highest win rate at one point for Plat+ elos.

Never seen a heimer do well, especially if your team just splitpushes, like i said, if he cant get his turrets down, hes pretty useless, I guess if played well he could dominate, only if a team is clueless against him imo.

 

You are underestimating his burst mate. Hitting your e on a squishy then r => w kills a carry immediatly. His ulti has a low CD too so you can use it in sieging situations aswell.

Don't underestimate le donger, a good one can solocarry games .

 

My comment was more directed to higher elo. Ofcourse, if you hit your e and r>w onto a carry, he/she will most likely die, but the same can be said for lots of champs (syndra, annie, etc...), most people (in higher elo) would dodge an e by heimer. I guess it depends what skill level we're talking about.

 

Gangplank why anyone would play with him is absolutely beyond me. Just about any other champion can do 10x better then him.

Teemo isnt useless but he is outclassed too right now.

 

There aren't many 'useless' champions. If you're good enough at a champion, you can carry any elo.

Gangplank is ridiculously good, he has an extremely high skillcap most people don't expect in order to be played efficiently. If you can't average 200+ CS in 20mins or higher and be able to chain his barrels correctly, there's not really much of a point in playing him to be honest.
