Need some advice on this (Runescape)

Alright so, last year somewhere in april (4/4/14) my main account on runescape got permanently banned for RWT. It was my own account (Gracious) which I had created many, many years ago.
The special thing about my ban, is that the day before I received my ban, my account got hacked for about 7billion GP. It seemed that the people that did this used an old trick by selling a cheap item for 2b on the GE and buying it on another account for 2B. The day I found out, I contacted a Jmod who tried helping me but while he was investigating it for me my acc got perma'd.

Now, I've sent I don't know how many tickets/tweets/emails to Jagex about my account and to PLEASE investigate further in it (since I am was innocent at that point, had never rwt'd before.) but with no reply.
I stopped sending them about it somewhere last year june.

Now, it has been 1.5 years since I lost my account, and I thought; why not give it another try.
I was thinking of sending a ticket saying I got banned for rwt 1.5 years ago and I really want to get back in the rs community because all my friends started playing again bla bla, you get the point.

I wanted to get some ideas from you guys first though.
Should I send in a ticket? What should I tell them to make it believable?

try and get in contact with a jmod personally/on twitter, sending tickets is bs they just give you an automated response if you were banned for rwt

 

Tweets are only around 144 char tho if I write something, I want it to be big.

Making up ANY form of story will usually get you nowhere. Contrary to popular belief, JaGeX does read through your appeal, and sometimes even decides whether to even bother based on what you wrote.

 

Alright. What do you recommend to send them and what method? Appeal/email/twitter..

 

Tell them to cut you a break, they only gave EmilyisPro (streamer) a 2 week ban for RWTing.

 

Ya but my account had like 7-8b on it idk its kinda alot to not - permaban. Also have sold maybe 15b after that and never got caught.. I was honnestly surprised I got banned lol. They are so sure of themselves, I even had JaG at the time of the hack and checked the IP adress that was registered to it that night and it was one from bosnia.. even pmed flippers like 'le me' to see if someone tried instaselling a blue/white that night but didn't get anywhere with that. (To find the hacker & provide proof to jagex)


I dont think I should send a ticket saying I got wrongfully banned as that will most likely get me nowhere.

 

Whatever you do, don't lie, if you really have not broken any rules on that account you might get unbanned.
Also do it via ticket.
If it gets denied, try again. You'll get a nice mod eventually.
If they ignore it for over a week, send another one.

Yup. I did get hacked. The thing that scares me tho is that they won't even review it. I find it extremly strange that they banned me if they weren't 100% certain I rwt'd myself. It just means that Jagex does make mistakes znd they don't like admitting them, that's why I'm not gonna point out I got banned wrongfully, but just not talk about it and say I am sorry for what I did (eventho I didn't do anything..at that point) and try to get it that way.. All I can do is hope xD

 

Curious as well one of my mains i created was banned with 3b on it august 2014 and id love to get it back. I definitely rwt'd like 15b that week though so i really doubt ill get it back lol.

Where do I contact Jagex? What is their email? I literally cannot find it anywhere.

 

If you got banned for RWT you'll never get unbanned, thats the sad truth.

 

RWT perm bans are still disputable afaik, botting bans are permanent and will not be reconsidered for any reason.
Twitter is usually the best way. Idk if they are ignoring you at this point though.

 

Twitter isn't they said to contact Jagex, but I can't find their emai adress and I can't send tickets.

About one and a half years ago my account was permanently banned for real world trading.
I have quit since then and moved on. For the past few months most of my friends came back to Runescape 3, as it has became breathtaking after all of it's updates. Since then, I have tried making a new account but.. It just doesn't feel the same.

Jmod, or whoever is reading this, I am asking this from the bottom of my heart is to give me one last chance.
I know I have several offenses on my account, but that doesn't stop me.
I am a completly different person now and I would really enjoy playing on my own account which I made all these years ago.
I am not asking for several chances, all I'm asking is for one more. It would mean the world to me.
It's been one and a half years, I don't know what else to say. I know Jagex cares about their players, so wanted to give it a shot.
