Anticipated this would happen if his pardon failed. The situation called for it unfortunately. Lack of opportunity + Upset + Malevolence = Vindictive behavior.

We see it happen all the time when users are banned, or pardons fail for incidents non related to scamming. E.g., accounts are recovered, payments are reversed, goods are taken, etc. Can't really expect banned users who didn't have much to lose to have upstanding principles.

Ddosing is one of those things that vary from mild to excessive, and also waver from white/grey to blackhat. Absolving users from the act when not proven to be for blackhat purposes is wacky. All situations are treated the same despite the way the rule is written. I wasn't in favor of this, so I used his case to test if the loophole in the rules would prove effective.

If you knew sythe was going to come to an end? How many of you would scam? I'd say many. A selective group of others wouldn't in hopes of the website returning, and others who don't participate in the market aren't left with any options. Anyone is capable of scamming. It all comes down to "is it worth it?".

After the Dali Lama situation, I decided not to quarrel with account affairs other than my own.

Tl;dr anyone is capable of scamming.

 

And that's why you don't buy accounts from people without 20k vouches

 

It's sad to see. People who scam are all about the short term. Think long term, and your future, and every single reason you come up with points to being legit. There is no incentive to scam if you're thinking about the future.

I remember that situation happened when gambling was being removed. Myself, 1 other rank for sure ('cos he was like a robot) and possibly 2-4 others out of the many ranks, didn't scam, the rest scam quit so hard.

Sad that people can switch up so fast.
