KingSwifts Pardon for events that happened 3 years ago.

To start this off I am going to link some things that should be reviewed before reading the pardon.

Proof of contacting victims for repayment: There were no victims involved with my ban, no-one was affected besides myself.
I have read the sticky and I believe I have listed all of the things requested.

A few things to note before I explain how I was banned and what happened:

-This event was like 3 years ago.
-There were no victims. I was the only one affected.
-I haven’t sold gold since this event.
-I am no longer commercially in the Runescape market. I only play the game casually for fun.
-I didn’t do anything in this situation, But I did take responsibility for my employee’s actions and took the ban.

Story of events:
Around 3 years ago (about 10-15-13) I started up a gold site called SwiftGold, our business was pretty steady for the first couple of days and I was confident in hiring a worker to work as a live chat agent. The day our worker was hired and working for the first time a user called “Ooga” (notorious hacker, ddoser & scammer) targeted our site and came onto our live chat. As I was sleeping at the time our newly recruited worker was manning the live chat. Ooga basically offered to use stolen credit cards to buy gold and then sell it to us for cheaper. My employee agreed to this (Please note: I can not speak on behalf of my employee and I have had no contact this the event took place and I literally do not know his reasoning behind this. As far as I know he didn’t realise that he was stealing money from people and my employee only agreed to buy the gold for a cheaper price.) After Ooga had gotten proof of this he threatened my employee to send him an x amount of USD or else he would get my account banned. Apparently he “ran” the staff around here. He continued to throw many threats and insults out. After I got on the next morning I was notified about everything that had happened, I personally spoke to Ooga and he told me about his previous victims and linked me their sites. I didn’t really think even if he reported me I would get banned as I did nothing wrong so I just ignored his threats. In the end I did end up getting banned.

I have waited 3 years for this and hopefully this time I can finally enjoy Sythe’s market & community for once and for all.

(Please keep in mind and bare with me that I was not the one who committed any of the offences. I personally did nothing wrong. I am trying to tell you guys the story as best as I can without knowing my employee at the times point of view. I literally know about as much as anyone reading this. Also keep in mind this was over 3 years ago.)

Also to clear up any confusion. The sythe account "KingSwift" is my personal account (no-one else had access to it).

TL;DR; Notorious scammer, hacker, ddoser "Ooga" targetted my company. Exploited my employee to get him to agree to buy carded gold from Ooga. Ooga then threatened to get me banned if I didn't pay him $250 USD or so. As I did nothing wrong I ignored it because i thought there was no way I could get banned for that. I ended up taking the responsibility and taking the ban.
