PMed me about some rare names he had, and I asked him his skype to add him, he told me to tell him mine because many results come up when you search his.

When you search his name on skype, only he comes up

We agreed a deal for 115M 07 for a 2 digit name. He told me I can pay for an OMM if I like, but once the deal was made he said he will not use a MM for name trades, not even if I pay for a mod. He is now refusing to show proof of ownership of any of the names when requested by me, as I said I will go first if he can show it.

His skype, when resolved, also matches on of his IPs on sythe, so it's pretty obvious it's him.

All skype screenshots are in order. As you can see, he's pretty much out there to scam someone for big money. Saying he's a MM when he's not, saying he's trusted when he barely has any vouches. He needs to be dealt with accordingly. Also, he was constantly ignoring me when asked for proof of ownership of these names.

EDIT 1: He's now posted a topic selling another name http://www.sythe.org/name-sales/1876398-looking-07-name.html and posted proof with it, yet he is unable to show me proof of them names he says he owns.
