    >Checked my browser extensions; is clean
    >Checked my control panel to install/uninstall; is clean
    >Checked my downloaded files manually; is clean
    >Ran malwarebytes; Nothing detected.

    Check what cookies you have in your web browser. Try a different browser also.

    try running nod32. also start task manager to see if there is anything running in the background that shouldnt be if not then system restore to a day days before this became a problem.

    This is what all the tech guys have been using lately: http://www.combofix.org/

    Basically, adware companies made it so that the AVs can't delete their product, legally.

    This program doesn't care about that.

    I had this issue. Just uninstall and reinstall chrome or whatever you're running

    Check your home pages and bookmarks bar as something could be clutter thrusted near the tip of your browser acting in unnoticeable means.
