The donation was never processed. Moes refused to process the donation as he believed I was an evader (Duff). Therefore, Moes has held the money himself, refusing to refund it. As I have re-paid all scams, there is nobody he can pay, so he should refund me? Surely..

here is moes taking it upon himself to decide to keep the money and not process the transaction or refund me. As there are no more scam victimns as I have paid Dno back (refer her http://www.sythe.org/dispute-forum-archive/1864616-5-5-boosting-hells-pardon.html), he should refund me as requested as the donation transaction has not been processed

Here, moes is saying he will let the mods decide, and therefore refund if there is nobody else he can pay back (scammed users).



Overall, I donated. He found out I was vader (refer to this http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1875104-confessions-boosting-hell.html) and he refused to process the donation/refund until the mods decided if he should refund or pay back scammed users. As there is no scammed users who need paying back anymore, and the donation hasn't been processed, the sum should be refunded as Moes is currently $52 that simply doesn't belong to him, and nothing is been done about it.

Although this has nothing to do with my case, it's the same principal; and Moes is in the wrong for holding my money, when he has no right to do so. Anyone else would be banned.
