Reporting Fitta for scamming 220m

Just would like to say, I have been using Fitta's scripts since January, and they usually work fine, but yeah of course when I pay 220m, the script is dodgy and he refusing to acknowledge it.

So it's an (07) Zulrah script. It constantly misclicks and using the wrong attacks for phases. It's unacceptable when you pay $400 on a script. Either way I died 11 times before successfully getting a kill, in which it took 4:30 mins, which for zulrah is a joke. It should take a max of 2 mins. The acc the 99 range and 94 mage, which means it is very quick to kill. http://prntscr.com/85zd98

Also note he claims he can't refund since its an 'open source'. I have not released anything about the script, it doesn't even work.

He will claim that is my computers fault, but as the vid shows the script will not account for any 1fps drop, aswell as I can prove anytime that my computer runs RS fine, its just the Australian ping, I don't see why he won't partially refund me even though I'm being genuine for a slight mistake on my part by buying a script that doesn't allow fps drop.


I am more than happy to teamview with a Mod that it doesn't work.

I sold my beloved private Zulrah script for 220m to an unknown sythe user which goes under the name "" on skype.

Some things un-aware people need to know before I start explaining,

• The script is written in Lape(Pascal pretty much) and compiles using SIMBA(www.villavu.com)
• These scripts are open source, and that's what you pay for. There is no monthly fee's.
• If I send you a script, I will never be able to take it back nor make it un-runable for you.

So if I was to refund someone they would still have the script, and would be able to use it.


Unto the bad part..

I take the payment and help Gavin setup whatever he needed. I sell the gold and head to work. When I get back online several hours after the sale he claims the script is not working. This usually happens with anyone selling software, that customers have problems that is. After some discussion I find out that he's trying to run the script on an i5 1.6GHz CPU, which indeed should work, not magically perfect but somewhat at least. After providing me with a video I instantly notice how long it takes for his script to act, and within 10 seconds I figure his internet connection is slacking pretty horribly. (Example: Look around 1:26-1:35, he is lagging so bad he actually magically teleports one tile).

I try to reason with him to get a VPS as that would mean that situation would be settled. With this claim I also set-up my own very limited VM using 1 core, 1gig ram and a proxy, just to make sure it's not the scripts fault. Turns out it worked...

He instantly wants a refund, after having 24 hours with the source code and custom includes, he could very easily in just 30 secs make a copy of everything. Since as mentioned at the start, he can still keep the script and run it without me having a say in the matter. This is also why you buy the source and not the usage of the script, there's no control on my end.

I supply him with vouches and people that is currently running the script and it works beautifully for them too, we all trying to help him settle and calm down in order to solve the situation for the better.

To the actual point, how can I be guilty in this situation? He bought an honest working source that is proven to work over and over but since his internet is not good enough to keep up it makes it impossible for the script to run. He partly agrees that it's aus locations fault but won't recognize it being the reason for the script slacking.

That's from one of my customers, proving again that the script has no problems what-so-ever. I also quickly checked with the other 3-4 users, no error reports what so ever.

I can't re-fund him as he bought the source, and the product works for everybody but him, if you want I got 4-5 people who can activly prove to you that it runs without any problems.

tl:dr - Someone bought the source - their setup is slacking - trying to blame me - won't get an vps - refund impossible since he'll still have the script and most likely will use it anyways

I thought I share why it didn't work the morning when he tried to run it.

07Scape got a major overhaul to the engine breaking hooks for all reflection updaters(IsMoving - QueueSize, ClientState). We are back to normal with full stability. However the zulrah script works fine for all the users again since the last hook breaks are not used within the script.
The script auto updates the hooks from a offical and public source (www.villavu.com). I still have no control of his source nor will I ever have, script is still working and functioning.

Those are things on his end that he needs to fix, they're not due to the script being poorly written (which I'm obviously happy to help with, If he's willing to listen to me. Instead, he's doing the opposite and then trying to disparage my reputation and cop out with the money with this dispute (I say cop out because there's no way to stop him from keeping the script, that works if you just play with normal ping on a VPS and give it sufficient CPU processing power).
