Speak is a scammer scammed 90m 07

i tried to buy the name v1 off speak and i added it before i bought it and the previous name was applicants then the next name was v1 so i gave him the money because he said i could trust him from other purchases and advised me we would not need a middle man as he could be trusted since previous transactions with the middle man were made. i have screenshots of him denying a 45m refund in skype and off the original transaction taking place in oldschool runescape.

i want this to be dealt with in the appropriate manor as i feel sick and disgusted someone would do this after you trusted them with a mm then they stab you in the back next purchase.

both mm wolf and dunworry2 can confirm this took place as they were in the chat with me and speak after this had happened when i started the dispute because the name was not ''sniped'' as he said because it was never changed from when i originally added it had the same prev and current name

please get to this asap before he takes advantage of other people without thought of the burden it may bring to them because this was completely unreasonable and unacceptable like he said i could trust him after the mm and wouldn't even agree to give half back after he scammed me which is pathetic if you ask me because he is still making money off me after all i received nothing and he scammed me because he never changed the name once like he stated he did.

The user in question paid me the 90M 07 and then we both agreed that he would have the name transferred by me. I didn't say he has to, I said I am not selling the account, which meant he could transfer it himself if he wanted to. I transferred the name, like we agreed on and it was sniped. The user who sniped it is called 'Applicants' on 07. The user in question (matthew) is saying that is me and that was always me, which it wasn't. I've asked him to show me a screenshot of me being that user, and he can't do so.

 

lots of he-said, she-said going on here. i think you should split the loss, 45m each. so yeah, refund him 45m please

What he is saying isn't true. What I said to him is I'll have to sell my main to fund for the 45M refund which I'm more than happy to give. However, if I am banned for not giving it in time, then I have nothing to lose is what I was saying to him. As soon as I sell my main I can refund him.

May I also add, when the user 'Baddest' was accused of sniping a name, he was not asked to refund half the amount, he was given a TWC. Have the rules changed for different users now?
