Pending list of updates

Can you create a thread listing the pending updates to come? It would complement the DNP sticky and I'm not sure which threads that were approved are still processing.. Would clear the air

 

I remember this getting denied for a stupid reason in the past. It would stop duplicate approved suggestions from rolling out, e.g. user tagging. I can't see a negative from this.

We just need a list clarifying which updates are in progress of being completed and/or which are to come at what time.

Agree, should be easy to just slap up a thread of updates that are on the "to do" list.

 

Definite support, would be cool to see which are updates are coming and when.

Sounds good to me, would require very little maintenance for the staff team also i would imagine.

Most users probably won't read it before posting anyways (just like the DNS list), but I think some users might have a use for it.

Sounds good I would support this, would be useful in stopping the creation of multiple threads that have already been suggested.

 

I don't see why an Admin wouldn't want this, seems like a fantastic idea and addition.

 

as long as people actually read the sticky sections (which they don't 90% of the time :S) it is an useful suggestion.

 

Not worth it, people don't read the sticky threads most of the time (I didn't read them most of the time when I first joined).

 

Good idea. I think it would also keep the staff accountable for what updates need to be implemented

 

Pretty sure newcomers wouldn't read it, however, active users would be exposed to the changes coming to their forums in good form.

There are things on the to do list that got approved 2 years ago without anything being done..

This isn't about bitching, this is about not being ignorant of what is to come.

 

I've been an advocate for transparency in the past and I continue to support it now. I'd like to see this made public.
