[SUPERF]REquest unban ban evade zabalan

Accounts were: Dagas and then zabalan.

I had done numerous trades with dagas, and had purchased powerleveling with rs3hot. They got my account banned whilst i was in Spain, so i recovered all payments due to being away i didn't have access to a computer so completed the recoveries via my phone which only tells you the amount of purchases. I recovered all payments that I didn't recognize which included payments to zedrs.

I then got into contact with rs3hot and negotiated a refund, i then cancelled all the disputes, by then I had been banned on dagas whilst in Spain. When i returned from Spain i created Zabalan to speak to rs3hot and to report them for failing to refund what they had agreed was there fault. I then purchased and account from zedrs who then reported me for ban evading. He is currently holding my 60m payment for the account, until the 6month paypal has been completed.


I am requesting an unban, as it was by mistake that zedrs payment was recovered, due to not having access to a computer, I have cancelled the dispute and zedrs does have the funds no money was taken back. Don't know what else i can say or do, if you require proof of me being in Spain then please let me know.

1 - you still charged back payments to rs3hot, which merits a ban. you should have worked something out with them prior to just taking back your money

2 - you can still re-charge-back the payments to zed for another 6 months

3 - charging back isn't a "select a dozen and click [chargeback]" sort of thing. i don't buy that you accidentally charged back a payment to zed
