he also pmed me twice, ones before the trade.

If his skype is hacked so be it. but he talked to me right after the account logged. like OMG WHO DID YOU TRADE? and stuff like that.

i believe he is trying to act like he is hacked.

honestly i think you need proof that you traded the account that he pmed you to trade. can you post that?

 

I banned him from this other report, idk if his skype is hacked or he's legitimately scamming or what http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer/1873312-quickfindcode-2-scam-lol.html this report here still needs a resolution though

 

He owes you 7.5b ikov since his initial pm did not include the character you were supposed to trade
