UPS(Ultimate pro services) are taking items without peoples knowledge

Explanation of the trade: Paid for 83-99 ranging on my pure with UPS, all went well until chins started to increase and the only worker on my account at the time (ryan) suggested using normal chins. I bought 20k normal chins and there were 3k red chins on the account when I logged off (2am on the 8th of August) when I logged on later that day around 4pm, the red chins had disappeared and someone had equipped a mitre and firecape but the xp hadn't changed. I questioned the upper members of staff about this and they straight away told him to tell the worker he had used the chins (see screenshots below) which he hadn't because the xp hadn't changed. God also sent the worker to irrelevant screenshots of him chinning which had no relation to that night.

How they scammed: see above(could of happened more often but i didn't track xp rates)

Hello there.

I will be as objective as I can with this report. Firstly, I would like to point out that the 3k red chins in question were compensated in full. Apologize for not having any in-game screenshots for this. Trade was done outside of the UPS client.

The compensation was given not because we knew where the red chins went but rather, an act of goodwill. I pay this out of my own pocket and not with UPS's funding. With that out of the way, I would like to clarify the beginning of the misunderstanding. Unfortunately, to this day, neither of us knew where the 3k red chins went and it is very puzzling. There are many possible scenarios but I will not go into that as its not based on any evidence.

The "lie" which I told Ryan was merely a lack of judgement on my part after seeing those screenshots that the client captured. It can be hard to keep track when I was handling multiple orders at once. I did not specifically told Ryan, my crew to "lie" to Charlie. At that time, I was convince that the 3k red chins was indeed used before 7th August.

Although you did give me 3k red chins I would say they were more of a bribe(so I didn't bring anything up) than a goodwill gesture.

then ryan posts the conversation I was having with him, god tells him "tell him the red chins were used before 7th august" so if you don't know what happened to them why did you say that? Also to add the screenshots are completely random. why not post a screenshot of the 3k reds getting used or even taken from the bank? In the last picture of the skype conversation I had with GG(see original post), he says "yes, thank you for opening my eyes to a problem like this." but now he is deny there is a problem at all.

ryan says "that's strange" because he knows he didn't use them, yet GG doesn't investigate the matter any further and just leaves it at that.

 

Nearly everything they say is contradicting itself as well...
