Pest Control is a scammer

Explanation of the trade: Paid him 8.5m to do a void set.
How they scammed: In the middle of the night I went to log in on the account he was doing void on... The account was still logged in and he was offline on skype. I pmed him several times on skype with no response, I had to recover my account. This was also a very high level account that I paid a lot for... I don't really care about the 8.5m order, but this is a ~$300 account.

i don't see how this is a scam. you paid him to do something and you logged on while he was training it. he was offline on skype, but that doesn't mean he's scamming you... am i missing something?
