    vertification problems
    hello, today i made a 25 $ donation, however, currently i am not able to get a "vertified" user status. When i enter my phone number, it shows that it is a invalid number. the country code and number is right.
    I dont want to mention my number in this post, could a moderator please PM me and ill tell my number there?

    The verification is an automated process.
    None of the site moderators can help you with this issue. Your best bet is to double check the information then inquire to the administration member Matthew. Who is in charge of donations.

    He's not ignoring them, he is just sometimes inactive for awhile haha.

    Correct me if I'm wrong, but you already have SVU, and is this phone number for SVU?

    Fixed it today by using other phone number. Something was wrong with mine. Thank you for help tho!
