Questions about RS3.

Hey guys, I've been playing RS since around 2005, and I've seen it go through quite a few changes throughout the years. I currently play OSRS, and don't get me wrong, it's fun, but this whole RS3 ordeal.. Is it actually worth trying? I'm a skiller, not a pker or pvmer (anymore). I've watched a few videos and tbh it looks dead. There's never more than 3-4 people in an area at once.
Also - what is the OSRSGP to RS3 GP conversion Rate? I have 20m OSRSGP, if I were to transfer it, how much would that be?

 

20M OS would be around 100M give or take. (rough estimate)

RS3 is still going pretty strong, but it's alot more laid back now. I enjoy playing both versions. I go alot stronger on OSRS in the terms of combat and PvP. But I enjoy skilling on RS3 and PvM there.

RS3 has definitely evolved since the good ol' days. But it's still okay.

 

if you are not a pvmer i do not think u would like to play runescape 3 very much. Skilling in rs3 is super easy now as long as you got tons of gp for it. The only fun part about rs3 now is questing and pvming but as u said there are a loooot of changes dude

Look up price of 1 bond in RS2007

Divide RS3 Price by RS2007 Price

9.7M RS3 = 1.9M RS2007

Approx 5.1M RS3 = 1M RS2007

Most fc's swap 1:5 so you'd get 100m rs3 if you do want to go to rs3. if you've played since 2005, i'd suggest sticking to OS.
