Xeroshadow48 Is a DDoSer [Avoid At All Costs]

I suggest people invest in a new router//dynamic ips if you even think about using such forums/giving out your skype to such people on such forums.

Other then that, to the guy who says he's getting hit off, simply call up your ISP and tell them you believe you're getting hit off//ddosd, and see if they can track who it is coming from, if it isn't being sent out by multiple different ips etc, and if they can track, either block the ips it's coming from, you can search online in various different sites// and methods on how to do this, or tell your ISP to report it, or report it yourself to the police, because if it's not enough evidence for Sythe to hand out bans, then there are many other methods to ensure such people are not using the "wonderful" internet that we all so love and adore.

Unless the attack is being sent by Xeroshadow hosting a stresser/botnet using his home connection, they won't be able to trace it back to him. The attacks come up in his router logs and the ISP's logs as coming from the IPs of the servers being utilized by the stresser/botnet used to attack you, not the IP of the person doing it. When I was mod on Soulshit I thought I could find my attacker(s) this way as well and used to go to my router logs whenever I got DDoSed and see if any of the IPs came up positive for Soulshit players to see if I could prove who was doing this. I did this for a decent amount of time before someone explained the above to me lol.

Also simply investing in a dynamic router isn't an option for certain users as certain regions/ISPs only offer static IPs/routers, i've even seen a few cases where people under attack had requested their static IP be changed by their ISP only to have their request denied, they told a friend of mine they couldn't change his IP with the router he had so he ended up having to purchase a new one, and even then it was still a static IP, just a new one as it was a new router. :s

Not to mention DDoSing and keeping your skype private wouldn't be such an issue if there wasn't booterhappy spastics like Xeroshadow48 DDoSing people for fun because it makes their tic tac erect IRL.

 

Just read what Yousuck said, you can still block the ip's even if multiple ip's are incoming, it's happened to me before, and doing that method stopped it. I'm not too sure how, but it did.

To my knowledge this only works if what's being used to attack you is weak compared to your protection/firewall.
Assuming this as it's basically the same concept as DDoS protection for servers/websites, with an example being that websites/servers with weaker protection can be taken down by less, while more expensive/advanced DDoS protection (hence it being more expensive/advanced) can protect from larger attacks.

Depending on how much Xerofucktard decided to shell out for whatever he's using to DDoS people, this may not necessarily be useful either.

I know the user Sportjon22 knows a lot more about this stuff, not only the protection but what can be done legally, than myself and probably just about anyone else on Sythe, so perhaps he can be sought out for advice.

If skype could fucking stop leaking our IP's everywhere this wouldn't be an issue.

 

They've tried a few times to patch it and made a number of resolvers useless in the past, but after a while people find out a way around whatever patch was implemented by Microsoft and the issue continues.

Also even if Microsoft were to fix the problem permanently today, people like Xeroshadow48 who DDoS other members of this website for joy shouldn't be allowed here.
