He has been inactive for years and I have no means to contact, I attempted to look through my Paypal to find a transaction matching this amount but could not find one.

In regards to the Playerauctions issue: I have no problem providing someone a lump sum of $ and if anyone from PA claims it they can pay it out. I honestly cannot think of another method to get the $ back into the correct hands.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: The playerauctions issues and the off-site powerbot scam which are listed above.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: I know I have sinned and wronged many people in my past, but I am trying to reconcile all of these and make amends. Since these problems have arose and my first pardon denial I have poured my heart into righting these wrongs, and I hope that is visible. Yet again, I apologize to staff and community for my prior actions. Just hoping we can build off of that and allow me to mend those once broken trusts.

Did you fully read and follow this sticky thread in the pardon section?: To my best ability, yes i did.

Granted all of my posts need to sit and be accepted by an admin, if anyone needs direct contact of a expedited answer on anything my skype is : "Theyusv"

Full support. Tyler has been trying to make amends for months. I've never seen such a change in character in a person. He's been contacting his victims and refunding them whenever they respond back. I've lent him money a handful of times since his last pardon, and he always pays back on time (with interest too-- even though I never asked for any).

I've even insured trades he's done with other sythe members while he's been banned with no worries at all, and almost all of the trades worked out without a hitch. On one of the ones that didn't, Tyler realized halfway through the order that he wouldn't be able to finish it within a reasonable timeframe. Instead of demanding partial payment, Tyler simply apologized for being unable to complete the order and gave the currently earned levels to the user for free

Tyler truly tried his best to find every case that he's scammed in the past, but I'm sure if we find any more, he'd be happy to refund those as well.

Are you not able to contact PA and ask if there is anyway they can put you in contact with the user or alert the user on your behalf on your intentions without needing to unban your account on there?

Both have been contacted in due time. K3cm was contacted 12/8/14 and I have resent contact requests etc since.

I use range was contacted ~45 days ago and his friend has not responded since.

Sorry for the duplicate. No they cannot, as no capital was stolen in regards to orders/scammed only in game gold which they neither cover nor reimburse.

 

The first pic shows that the convo was started in June (check) and the second one he asked about in December actually, but the convo is so old that it's not showing up on his new computer for the right date. As for the PA part-- I'll have to ask him for clarification.

I had tried to contact him a month ago but did not get a response until 1-2 weeks ago, where i paid him immediately. It was also something that didn't arise in my past pardon, and something i paid back because I am trying to make amends. It was not a last minute "oh shit" moment just to pay him off, i assure you of that.

I'm sorry if this wasn't done in a timely fashion in your eyes, but it was something i truly forgot about. But once I did come to realize I owed him, I instantly researched his contact info and tried to get in touch.
