Michelle, even I know its an imposter, would just be hilarious if it was true. Which it most likely would never be.
Won_Gold Alex2012 Shine200078 or w/e his name is The three of them are known in the RS community as where scammers/hackers/etc go to dump stolen gold in bulk for decent prices (ask ANY hacker where they sell stolen gold to, i've asked a number of the ones i've encountered and the above three have always been the answer), they buy it knowingly but keep it on the DL which isn't ethical and is bannable on Sythe lol. Unfortunate that they've not yet been caught. http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer-archive/1792983-won-gold-buying-scammed-gold.html Clearly shows them willing to buy stolen gold, even saying to keep it a secret where it came from lol, incredibly pathetic on their part and due to their reputation i'd bet they're buying probably a few bill per day between rs3/rs07 of stolen gold, either knowing that the gold they're specifically buying at that moment is stolen or knowing it's coming from someone who has told them in the past that the most of the gold they sell is stolen. A few previous reports popped up regarding this, if I recall correctly Won_Gold was believed to be somehow involved in the hacking of Dave's skype a few months back which resulted in some user losing (800m I believe it was?) that ended up being sold to Won_Gold. They also were intending to buy (not sure if they ended up doing it after it became public) 7b+ stolen Rs3GP from a few months back when the user "Loads" hacked someone else (it's the guy that Chillzer1 anti-scammed for part of the stolen gold). One can only hope that one day their practices are exposed and they're taken out of the game for good, because in all honesty they're only directly fueling scamming and hacking as people know that they can just dump the gold off on companies like Won_Gold.
Couldn't the hackers/scammers sell to ppl like r2p/divica/any others of these companies as well? They would buy the gold without question as long as the price is low. Why would the hackers/scammers even have to tell the gold buyers their identity/the source of the gp? On topic i cant understand why ppl get scammed by imposters so easily, they just assumed that people must be who they claimed to be?
Not saying that other companies don't do it but there's a rule against knowingly accepting stolen goods so some of the more ethical companies may ask questions if someone is sketchy or trying to get rid of large amounts of gold in a hurry, which may discourage scammers/hackers while Won_Gold and similar companies either don't bother asking questions or in Won_Gold's specific case are more than willing to purchase stolen gold as long as the person selling it to them doesn't go talking about it, making them a lot more appealing to people trying to get rid of loads of stolen gold with no questions asked and in a hurry.
