Runescape old school suddenly client only?

When I was logging in today, runescape told me to download the client. So now I have to play with client? Why can't I use the normal browser client? Or is this new.

Pretty confused.

and btw, what is the server for edgeville pvp?

I dunno, just love playing it on my browser for some reason.

 

You can still play with Mozilla Firefox. Chrome and I think Safari don't support Java any more because it's shit. The lag that may occur to your Android is mostly always Java's fault, and that's why they're planning to develop their own language to program Android.

 

Runescape should load just fine on the client and on internet explorer/firefox.

 

I believe chrome doesn't support java anymore.

 

I have a lot of troubles using the browser version as well, but it's alright I guess, cause the client is much better.

 

Just use osbuddy, it has a lot of helpful tools

It's all about resizable now.

chrome doesn't support java so you can't access oldschool/rs3 with chrome however i think other web browsers can be used

 

it dfoesnt work for me either the normal rs07 web browser it just doesn't seem to load, i think we have a diff prob tough but my client works.

You can't play on a web browser which is pretty stupid Imo as it puts off new players, you have to download their own game

 

See, idk why people are saying this. I can run both RS3 and 07 perfectly fine through the website on chrome, which apparently is out of the norm '?

 

Get OSBuddy, it is much better anyways. And the server you may be looking for is ikov
