Dno got my account banned and not answering scammed?

Don't know if this is worth reporting but i wrote in my thread i didn't want it botted yet i didn't completely read his t.o.s. Yet dunworry2 told me sythe rules trump his t.o.s.

Asked to do 62-70 range charged me 5m and i provided 3m on account.

So i dont no who the fault lies on here but since dunworry2 told me it lies on him i'd like a refund or advice best way to unban my account

I had honestly posted so quick to get this powerleveling done overlooked t.o.s i do believe i deserve half or even full of the payment back

Or add least advice to get my account unbanned as i see alot of people have unbanned macroing.

My TOS clearly says I am not responsible as done everyone elses TOS for powerleveling. Whats so different in this case scenario.

The service provider clearly outlined that the accounts would be botted, and there was a risk of bans. He also stated he is not responsible for bans resulting from his service. Therefore, you are not entitled to any compensation for your account.

However, if the service was not completed, and you were banned before he achieved the levels you paid for, then he should refund what you paid for the service. Please clarify if the levels you paid for were completed.

 

i requested 62-70 believe he got 66 i think i should get repaid half...

I understand there outlined but i did ask i was in rush so i can take fault
